What these terms cover

masad.io is the website of masad, a software studio. Browsing and using the site are subject to the terms on this page. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.

Permitted use

The site exists to present our work and to let you reach us. You may browse, read, share links, and contact us. You may not use the site in a way that harms its operation, other people's rights, or the law. Among other things, you may not attempt to disrupt the site, collect data from it by automated means, or impersonate another person or entity.

Content and intellectual property

The content on the site, including the texts, the design, and the code, belongs to masad unless stated otherwise. You may quote reasonable excerpts with attribution and a link to the source. Commercial use, extensive copying, or republication requires our prior written consent.

Inquiries and forms

Details and content you send us remain yours, and you allow us to use them to handle your inquiry. Submitting a form or an email does not create a business engagement, a binding offer, or a client relationship. Working together begins only with a separate written agreement between the parties.

How data is processed on the site, including the cookie consent mechanism, is explained in the Privacy Notice. It is part of these terms.

The site may include links to other people's websites. We have no control over them and are not responsible for their content or for what happens on them.
