How we work

Built in stages. No surprises.

We work in stages, and each stage closes with a review and your approval before we move on. That way you always know where the project stands, what's already settled, and what the next step is.

It starts with understanding what the business needs and who it speaks to. Only then do we touch structure, content, and the build itself. Search visibility enters right at this stage: structure and content tuned from day one to how people search, on Google, in AI answer engines, and in local search. Each stage builds on what was already approved, so there are no jumps and no surprises. At the end, you get exactly what was agreed.

We don't tell. We show.

We don't just describe how we work. We show it. The system that manages our clients' projects is the same system that runs the company. Not a demo. Reality.

A structured process, not improvisation

Every task follows a fixed route: intake, scoping, build, review, approval. No skipping. Each step is documented and checked before the next one starts.

Real infrastructure, not a demo

The tools we work with are production tools. The same infrastructure and the same standards we build for clients.

Everything is documented

Every decision is recorded. Every deviation from the plan is explained. Want to know what happened on a project? There's a record, not a recollection.

Staged building, with gates

Each stage is checked on its own before the next one begins. What isn't approved doesn't move forward. The client knows exactly where the project stands.

Who's behind masad

Nice to meet you, I'm Omri. I came to software from the opposite direction: first marketing, running a business, and full responsibility for the outcome, and only then full-stack development. That's why software, with me, is never built in a vacuum. It's built for what actually matters to a business: speed, reliability, visibility, conversions.

Most of that road I covered before masad. Software I built runs in production today and serves thousands of users a day. A tangle of aging websites became, in my hands, one fast and stable platform. AI automations I set up work in production, not in a demo. Systems people open every morning and rely on.

That's what you get here: not just a developer, but someone who has run a business himself and thinks that way while building. The work ships fast, gets measured along the way, and is built so people find you and reach out. Not just so it looks good.

I build things that hold. And I make sure they get found.

Curious?

In the newsletter we get into the details: what broke, how we fixed it, and why we chose the path we did. Not theory. From the field.
